REMOTE Mechanical​/Plumbing BIM Drafter

Location: Remote (Strong preference for Texas-based candidates)

Compensation: $20–$30/hour

We are seeking a Mechanical / Plumbing BIM Drafter to support the development of detailed BIM models and construction documentation for mechanical and plumbing systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is technically strong in Revit and comfortable working within a collaborative construction or engineering environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is a team player, and can accurately interpret construction drawings to support project teams with high-quality modeling and drafting deliverables.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical and plumbing systems using Revit.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, layouts, and model updates based on project requirements.
• Interpret and work from construction documents, design drawings, and markups

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other BIM team members to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Support coordination efforts across disciplines within BIM environments.
• Maintain organized project files and follow BIM standards and workflows.
• Assist with model updates and revisions throughout project life cycles.

• 2–3 years of experience in BIM drafting or modeling within the construction, MEP, or engineering industry.
• Fluent in Revit (primary software requirement).
• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a team environment.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required

• Based in Texas (strong preference, though exceptional candidates outside Texas may be considered).
• Experience with fabrication modeling
  .
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Degree in a related field not required
  .
