- Lead technical onboarding and adoption for AEC accounts, from initial pilot to multi‑project rollout
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to enhance account value and remove technical barriers
- Act as a construction and VDC/BIM advisor, aligning Drone Deploy solutions with customer workflows and goals
- Design and deliver tailored training sessions to ensure quick time‑to‑value for clients
- Monitor account health and usage data to identify risks and implement targeted interventions
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, VDC/BIM management, customer success, or similar technical roles in B2B SaaS or construction technology
- Relevant AEC experience working with field and/or VDC teams on delivery, coordination, or reality capture
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in implementing or scaling construction workflows across multiple projects
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud and CAD‑based workflows
- Hands‑on experience with drones, 360 cameras, or laser scanners
- Ability to interpret SaaS usage data and provide data‑driven recommendations
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Willingness to obtain a Part 107 UAV pilot’s license within 90 days of hire
