• Plan and conduct occupational safety and health audits across U.S. operations
• Assess compliance with OSHA standards and related safety systems using subject‑matter expertise
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with auditors and safety experts to maintain and enhance audit protocols
• Evaluate documentation and perform on‑site verification to assess compliance and risk

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field
• Five (5) years of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or safety and health auditing experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements and safety management systems
• Experience analyzing large data sets and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to analyze regulatory information and form well‑supported audit conclusions

• 7+ years of safety and health or industrial hygiene experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third‑party)
• CSP, CIH, or other relevant safety and health certifications
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional or global teams
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or other safety and health auditing certifications
