• Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
• Utilize environmental expertise to assess air, water, waste, and chemical management regulatory programs
• Prepare and distribute clear, objective audit reports to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with the audit program manager and environmental SMEs to enhance audit protocols
• Analyze audit trends and provide insights to business partners and senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs
• Proven experience in conducting audits (internal, external, or third-party)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point

• 7+ years of environmental experience
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report development
• Ability to analyze large data sets, including using pivot tables or similar tools
