• Deliver high quality services for large national infrastructure projects and frameworks, working for blue‑chip clients and public sector.
• Grow the workload through bidding and proposal writing, local resource deployment and managing infrastructure projects with existing and new clients.
• Work across all sectors, including internal WSP design teams and external UK and international projects.
• Be responsible for the management and delivery of key accounts.
• Provide project technical leadership and quality assurance for CDM roles and safety assurance services.

• Extensive experience delivering construction and business assurance services in a consultancy environment.
• Experience managing and developing junior team members.
• Delivered CDM duties and support services as both Principal Designer and Client.
• Delivered audits and inspections with regard to premises and management system compliance and a successful record of delivery.
• Experience undertaking management system reviews, audits and development.
• Assisted with development of commercial/bid proposals and project set up.
• Relevant academic qualifications and appropriate institution membership to demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, able to manage projects and people within both a team and project environment.
