3D & Modeling Designer Job Singapore,Engineering

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled 3D & Modeling Designer with experience as an AutoCAD/Modeler, possessing strong proficiency in Revit modeling and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP drafting and modeling, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce high-quality technical drawings and models for construction and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit based on design specifications.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate models on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Coordinate BIM models and manage project documentation using Revit and ACC.
Revise and update drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and submission drawings.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
Assist with clash detection and coordination processes in a BIM environment.
Support cross‑discipline coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP trades.
Maintain drawing libraries and ensure proper file naming and layer standards.

Required Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Revit modeling – essential.
Strong hands‑on experience with Revit – MEP discipline, especially in piping.
Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – model collaboration, document management, version control.
Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, and clash detection tools is a plus.
Understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, and project workflows.
Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans and convert them into working models.
Strong attention to detail, file organization, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of drafting experience in construction or consultancy firms.
Prior experience in BIM‑based projects and the ACC platform is highly preferred.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
