- Plan and conduct occupational safety and health audits across U.S. operations
- Assess compliance with OSHA standards and related safety systems
- Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
- Collaborate with auditors and safety SMEs to maintain and enhance audit protocols
- Analyze audit trends and provide insights to business partners and senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Five (5) years of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or safety and health auditing experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements and safety management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
- Ability to analyze regulatory and technical information and form well-supported audit conclusions
- 7+ years of safety and health or industrial hygiene experience
- Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
- CSP, CIH, or other relevant safety and health certifications
- Experience analyzing large data sets, including use of pivot tables or similar tools
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or other safety and health auditing certifications
