Armstrong’s R&D Project Number 54013, developed by three innovators, evolved into Arma Flex, the world’s first flexible, closed‑cell elastomeric foam for equipment insulation. This product revolutionized the insulation industry. Today, 70 years later, Arma Flex continues to be a pillar of Armacell’s success.

The Regional Technical Manager – Refrigeration is responsible for implementing the long‑term upstream sales strategy in the assigned territories through insulation technical leadership and driving insulation product specification and penetration. The Regional Technical Manager will establish a customer base of mechanical engineers, specifiers, owners, and key stakeholders to develop new opportunities and capture market share to ensure commercial business achievement within the focused industry of Refrigeration.

This focus includes targeting supermarket chains and other key drivers of refrigerated business. Other responsibilities include becoming an insulation technical expert for insulation users throughout the assigned territories, providing advice to optimize system performance, and knowledge on Code compliance.
Position is remote based, preferably in the Southeast.
