• Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
• Assess air, water, waste, chemical management, and related regulatory programs
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with auditors and environmental SMEs to maintain and enhance audit protocols
• Evaluate documentation and perform on-site verification to assess compliance and risk

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting
• Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory information and form well-supported audit conclusions

• 7+ years of environmental experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report development
