• Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
• Assess air, water, waste, chemical management, and related regulatory programs using environmental expertise
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports, ensuring timely distribution to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with audit program manager and environmental SMEs to enhance audit protocols
• Document findings and track corrective actions to closure using internal audit systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related environmental field
• Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including report development
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory information and form well-supported audit conclusions

• 7+ years of environmental experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
