Principal Specialist, Global Trade Authorizations; Remote

• Draft and submit all export and import authorizations to the Department of Commerce and Department of State
• Collaborate with business units and Global Trade employees to manage the lifecycle of authorizations
• Ensure authorizations are accurate and obtained in a timely manner to meet business needs
• Work on assigned projects related to regulatory compliance
• Address regulatory and policy violations to drive continuous improvement

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Strong working knowledge of various export authorization types and uses under applicable regulations
• Experience working with U.S. government licensing authorities
• General knowledge of technology transfer requirements and restrictions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Familiarity with SAP for export transactions
• Project Management experience
• Excellent leadership skills to foster a culture of compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
