TEKsystems Cisco Collaboration Engineer
TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Cisco Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade voice environments with a primary focus on Webex Wholesale / Webex Calling Provider platforms.
This role will be 100% remote working Monday through Friday during typical daytime business hours within the Alaska Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and support Webex Wholesale/Partner-hosted environments, including tenant onboarding, provisioning workflows, and Control Hub configuration.
- Architect and implement dial plans, call flows, PSTN/SIP integrations, and routing logic for multi‑tenant environments.
- Troubleshoot complex SIP signaling, media path issues, call failures, voice quality concerns, and SBC interoperability across CUBE, Ribbon, and Audiocodes environments.
- Work closely with telecom carriers and internal teams to support migrations from legacy PBX/voice systems into modernized Webex Calling and hybrid architectures.

- 4–6+ years hands‑on experience with Cisco UC and Collaboration platforms.
- Strong expertise in Webex Calling Wholesale / Provider models and associated operational processes.
- Deep understanding of SIP, including message flows, call negotiation, early media, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Practical experience with major SBC platforms:
Cisco CUBE, Ribbon, Audiocodes. - Knowledge of hybrid architecture design and Control Hub management.
- CCNP Collaboration or higher (CCIE Collaboration strongly preferred).
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python and/or Power Shell, including API‑based provisioning.
- Familiarity with service provider / multi‑tenant collaboration environments, scaling considerations, and operational workflows.
- This role involves broad exposure across design, implementation, and operational support for complex Cisco voice environments.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in deep technical layers of SIP signaling, provisioning automation, and large‑scale Webex Calling infrastructure.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anchorage, AK.
