- Act as a hands‑on technical generalist, contributing across networking, systems configuration and operational troubleshooting.
- Engage with multiple teams across the programme to ensure smooth delivery and system performance.
- Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities and technical improvements.
- Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures and engineering best practices.
- Strong experience as a Systems or Network Engineer.
- Cisco networking knowledge, ideally with CCNA certification OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working in Defence or secure government environments.
- Ability to operate as a hands‑on engineer in a complex technical environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with MAB (Mounted or Mobile Applications/Architecture) environments.
- Background working with deployable communications systems or operational infrastructure.
- Previous military service, particularly within communications, CIS, signals or technical trades.
Based primarily at Site A in the West Midlands, typically 2–3 days per week onsite.
Remaining time can be spent working via London arrangements.
Flexibility may be required depending on project and operational demands.
