• Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
• Assess air, water, waste, chemical management, and related regulatory programs
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with audit program managers and environmental SMEs to enhance audit protocols
• Evaluate compliance and risk through documentation review, interviews, and on-site verification

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting
• Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs (e.g., CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA)
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet audit deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point

• 7+ years of environmental experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in report development
• Experience analyzing large data sets, including use of pivot tables or similar tools
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
