We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator with a strong background in commercial projects. This role will work as part of a team and very closely with the company's projects director on commercial mechanical refurbishment and new build projects.

• Work closely with the projects director to support commercial mechanical refurbishment and new build projects.
• Provide mechanical estimating for projects ranging from tens of thousands to millions of pounds.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with the team to deliver accurate estimates.

• Must be experienced in Mechanical Project Estimating.
• Experience on projects involving commercial heating, air conditioning, or plant rooms.
• Based in a commutable distance to Dartford.
• Degree level qualification preferred but not essential.
• Technical knowledge is a major advantage.
• Must be happy to travel to the office.

• Basic salary subject to experience level.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Pension.
• Travel expenses when attending site.
• Small amount of remote working if desired.
