This position is a hybrid role and can be based out of one of our Ohio offices in either Columbus, Youngstown, Cleveland or Akron, Ohio.

As a senior member of our water business unit, you will lead and contribute to impactful projects that design, enhance, and sustain water and wastewater infrastructure for diverse public and private clients. As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design expertise on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners across a broad range of project types, supporting quality delivery and client satisfaction. Recent projects completed by our water group include:

• Water Treatment & Distribution
• Wastewater Treatment & Collection
• Stormwater Collection & Detention
• Pump Stations
• Hydraulic Modeling (Sanitary & Stormwater)

Your role will also include project leadership, quality control, technical review, task management, and support in proposal development, depending on your experience and interests.

We are searching for someone who is driven to lead, innovate, and support the continued growth of our water practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Educational

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field
• Professional Engineering (PE) License

Technical

Qualifications:

• Extensive water/wastewater design experience
• Experience with process modeling or hydraulic modeling software preferred
• Prior experience with task or project management is a plus
