They're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with deep experience in complex mechanical systems, especially for healthcare, laboratory, and mission‑critical projects. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while engaging with technically challenging designs and collaborative project delivery.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of mechanical/HVAC design experience in an MEP consulting environment
- PE license preferred but not required.
- Lead mechanical system design for complex healthcare and institutional projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence and performance.
- Serve as Engineer of Record, providing full technical ownership, oversight, and accountability for design decisions and documentation.
- Act as a primary client contact, leading technical discussions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and representing the mechanical scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and review the work of junior engineers and designers, upholding QA/QC standards while shaping engineering best practices within the team.
