Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) After-Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, implementing and integrating electric-drive system solutions, offering post-sales support to clients, and conducting system diagnostics and troubleshooting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction is a key aspect of this role. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for system retrofitting, providing training to clients, and addressing client inquiries related to electrical drive system functionality and performance.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Field Applications and technical support, with the ability to work directly with clients to provide solutions and resolve issues
  • Strong background in Electronics and Analog engineering, with knowledge of electrical drive systems
  • Experience or aptitude in sales and client relationship management, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer requirements
  • Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge or experience in electric drive systems, EV chargers, or related technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
