Structural Analysis Engineer - 50,000 - Hybrid / East Kilbride Area
Join a leading technology and engineering consultancy at the forefront of innovation. We're looking for a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to support technical consultancy projects, specialising in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), vibration assessment, steel frame design, and explicit dynamics simulations.

What you'll do:
- Conduct FEA simulations for static, dynamic, seismic, and vibration analyses
- Develop and validate steel support frames and rigid fixtures
- Perform explicit dynamic simulations using Ansys LS-DYNA
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on high-integrity projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and project standards
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of FEA experience in consulting or industrial environments
- Proficiency in ANSYS and LS-DYNA, with strong knowledge of structural mechanics and material behaviour
- Familiarity with vibration testing, steel frame design, and dynamic/impact analysis
- Security clearance eligibility (UK SC level)
- CFD experience is a plus
