This is a full‑time remote position for an OEM Regional Sales Manager in the Western USA. The role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers within the assigned region. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, managing accounts, achieving sales targets, preparing sales forecasts, and providing application and technical support to customers. Additionally, the OEM Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve services, plan and attend industry events, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong sales and business development skills, including building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, pump technologies, and applications within the water, wastewater, energy, or municipal industries
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Western USA region
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in technical sales with a focus on pumps or related industrial equipment is a plus
