This is a full-time remote position based in Battle Ground, WA. We're looking for an experienced Structural Engineer who is ready to take on a leadership role — both in delivering high-quality engineering work and in helping develop the next generation of engineers on our growing team.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of project types including residential / commercial / industrial. You will be working on everything from structural analysis and design calculations to CAD-based construction documents.

• Lead structural analysis and prepare thorough design calculations
• Develop and review CAD-based plans and construction documents
• Mentor and support junior engineers, helping build a stronger team
• Contribute to a culture of practical, buildable, and well-coordinated design

• Professional Engineer (SE) license (candidates actively working toward SE licensure are encouraged to apply)
• Strong working knowledge of structural analysis and design
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
