• Faculty and researchers at leading EE/ECE/EECS departments (e.g., MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, Georgia Tech).
• Scientists at national laboratories and government research institutions (e.g., Sandia, NIST, Lincoln Lab, AFRL).
• Researchers at industrial research labs (e.g., Bell Labs, IBM Research, Microsoft Research, Intel Labs).
• Engineers at leading semiconductor and IC companies (e.g., Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Broadcom, TSMC).
• Principal engineers at defense and aerospace contractors (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman).
• Senior engineers at communications and networking leaders (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco).
• Technical leaders at deep-tech hardware startups (e.g., Rigetti, IonQ, Lightmatter, Commonwealth Fusion).

• Fluent English reading and writing skills.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of post-graduate research or applied electrical engineering experience.
