• You are a native or fluent English speaker and can confidently write at the university level.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) preferred.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional chemical engineering experience in process design, manufacturing, R&D, or operations at a chemical company, engineering firm, pharmaceutical company, or related industry.
• You have demonstrable expertise in areas such as process design, manufacturing operations, scale‑up, quality control, process safety, or product development.
• You possess exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex engineering concepts and technical recommendations clearly.
