This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Engineer, based in San Ramon, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for preparing quotations, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating with the sales team to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance product offerings and services.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Inside Sales, with strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in preparing detailed and accurate Quotations for clients
- Background in Sales Engineering and an ability to understand technical product specifications
- Skills in Sales and Technical Support, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work as part of a hybrid team, managing in-office and remote tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with valve and flow control systems is a plus
