• Collaborate with Project Director to develop project charters outlining design and implementation requirements
• Manage assigned project scope, ensuring alignment with project charters and budgets
• Oversee contractor coordination, testing, training, and start-up activities for various project elements
• Generate and communicate project status updates and address pending issues
• Engage with external consultants and vendors to manage project execution and specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager or project engineer, specifically managing projects over $5MM
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and utilizing project management software
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to connect with diverse technical and business backgrounds
• Good analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills

• Master’s Degree and/or PMP certification
• Prior experience in consulting, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen methodologies
• Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and warehouse operations
• Experience in developing and tracking project costs effectively
• Strong presentation skills for discussing strategies and technical information
