Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects for various clients throughout eastern Wisconsin Collaborate with different disciplines to solve challenges and provide solutions Provide direct supervision of assigned staff, including work planning and performance feedback
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software Reside within 50 miles of Delafield, WI Experience as a lead project manager on municipal and/or roadway projects Ability to report into the Delafield office initially with potential for full remote work
