Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Product Manager for a manufacturing company in the Madison area. This position offers a hybrid work from home schedule of 1 day per week.
Responsibilities- Lead the full product lifecycle and serve as the SME for the product portfolio.
- Shape the product vision and define requirements that reflect customer needs.
- Develop go-to-market plans and ensure key deliverables for product launch are met.
- Oversee the commercial launch of new products.
- Lead product phase-in/phase-out processes.
- Shape product messaging.
- Coordinate customer field testing.
- Attend trade shows, dealer events, webinars, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline required
- New product development/introduction experience relevant to material handling systems or motor vehicle manufacturing required
- Knowledge of machinery, fluid power, electrical power systems, embedded controls, or automation required
