Product Manager

For our Industrial Heating / Process Heat division, we are looking for a proactive, market-oriented individual who recognizes technological trends and shapes our product portfolio with vision. You will work on innovative solutions used worldwide in machines, systems, and applications that meet diverse customer needs. In this position, you confidently operate at the interface between market, technology, and customer value. You assume responsibility for the quality, profitability, and continuous development of your product portfolio, making a key contribution to strengthening our market position.

You will collaborate across disciplines and countries and actively shape the future of our business unit.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle—from initial idea and development to market launch and phase-out.
• Develop a clear, forward-looking product roadmap and guide it through to commercialization.
• Observe and analyze relevant market segments, technological trends, applications, materials, and competitive landscapes, translating insights into solid decision-making foundations.
• Prepare precise and structured marketing requirement specifications to steer product development and ensure successful product launches.
• Maintain active communication with customers, sales partners, and the market; regularly visit clients and trade fairs, and systematically incorporate collected feedback into portfolio development.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering (HF/FH/ETH or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in product management or an industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and confident appearance.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Enthusiasm for cross-functional and international collaboration.
