Document Control Specialist

Terravanta is seeking Document Control Specialists. We are a woman-owned consulting firm serving clients in the infrastructure, utility, energy, transportation, and education sectors. • Manage and maintain documents and drawings for the Generation organizational unit.
• Create and organize engineering packets.
• Put together and update FRI's.
• Upload documents in SharePoint.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with electronic and physical document storage repositories.
• Implement document and drawing programs at field locations and support client needs.
• Train users on document and drawing tools and assist with project information sharing.

• Experience in compiling and maintaining technical documentation such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Experience in the Utilities and Construction Industry preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
