Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on company products, including specification review, compliance submissions, installation, testing, commissioning, and factory acceptance tests.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, product training, and guidance to customers, distributors, and partners.
- Lead and support technical projects across regions, ensuring proper documentation (safety plans, risk assessments, technical and site reports) and effective issue resolution, including handling customer complaints.
- Collaborate with Sales and R&D teams to identify business opportunities and support new product development initiatives.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge in electrical power systems (AC/DC, control circuits, power distribution, inverter technology) while traveling regionally as required.
