VAA's Structural Engineering team is responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of structures across a variety of projects. We work on a diverse range of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities, providing innovative solutions to meet both functional and safety requirements. The team focuses on delivering high‑quality structural designs, collaborating with architects, partners, and other engineers to create efficient, sustainable, and cost‑effective solutions that adhere to regulatory standards and client specifications.
Your role:
• Propel the success of the company through your technical expertise and professional conduct.
• Contribute to the leadership of people, projects, and technical quality.
• Deliver high‑quality engineering services rooted in a depth of knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design codes and industry standards, together with your problem‑solving ability, analytical skills, engineering judgment and personal diligence.
• Propel team success by setting the standard for technical excellence and efficiency, setting direction for the production team, and mentoring and training engineers and technical staff.
• Maintain discipline‑specific project scope, schedules and budgets for individual projects and coordinate with disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
