We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters who can support our hiring needs across multiple technical and industrial sectors. Depending on your expertise and comfort, you may be aligned to CV sourcing
, telephonic screening
, or endtoend recruitment
. The scope of work will be finalized mutually after discussion.
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, etc.)
- Construction & Project Management
- MEP, HVAC, Building Services
- Architecture & Interior Design
- Infrastructure & Urban Development
- Energy, Power & Renewable Sectors
- Automobile & Automotive
- Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering
- Source high quality profiles through job portals, Linked In, networking, and other channels.
- Conduct telephonic screening to assess technical fit, experience, and candidate interest (if aligned to screening role).
- Understand job descriptions, client expectations, and required skill sets.
- Coordinate interviews, followups, and feedback when handling fullcycle recruitment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication.
- Deliver assigned tasks strictly within mutually agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
- Job portal access will be provided for specific time slots, if required.
- Clear briefs, JD support, and coordination will be provided by the internal team.
- 315 years of recruitment experience in technical/industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of engineering and project based job roles.
- Excellent sourcing skills, including Boolean search and niche talent mapping.
- Strong communication and candidateengagement capability.
- Ability to work independently with accountability and professionalism.
- Commitment to deadlines and quality delivery.
- High ownership and reliability
- Professionalism and clarity in communication
- Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently
- Strong coordination and responsiveness
