This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Estimator based in Duluth, GA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Estimator will manage and prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project requirements, communicate with subcontractors, and collaborate with internal teams to define scope and budgets. Responsibilities also include developing bid packages, identifying project risks, and ensuring compliance with company standards and goals while coordinating with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed cost estimates and bids
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating project requirements and identifying risks
• Experience with subcontractor communication, contract negotiation, and scope definition
• Ability to utilize advanced software and tools for estimating and project management
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and best practices
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in estimating within the construction industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
