• Champion the adoption of engineering standards and expand the Centers of Excellence (COE) network across the region
• Collaborate with innovation and product development teams to streamline engineering processes
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of sales engineers, fostering a customer‑centric culture
• Standardize and optimize sales support processes across the COE network for scalability and efficiency
• Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to guide strategic direction

• 3–5 years of experience managing technical or sales engineering teams
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to lead and execute complex projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employer products and solutions
• Experience in the building technologies or lifecycle solutions industry
