The OpportunityAs the Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater Conveyance
, you will manage the execution of engineering components across multiple delivery methods—including traditional, design‑build, design‑bid‑build, and collaborative projects—such as pumping stations, underground conveyance, and carbon‑neutral solutions.
- Lead a multi‑discipline team of engineers and technicians on high‑profile municipal projects.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution- Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects.
- Assist in research to develop equipment and material recommendations.
- Prepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
- Lead production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a project.
- Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects.
- Communicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutions.
- Provide support for business development or pursuit activities.
- Manage project changes directly with the client under Project Manager supervision.
- Lead large multi‑discipline teams to meet project deliverables.
- Provide input to technical leadership for complex water and wastewater conveyance projects.
- Drive solutions to achieve project goals.
- Review lower‑level engineering work or assignments.
- Mentor and perform performance management of assigned personnel.
- PE license.
- Previous engineering consulting experience.
- Experience executing multi‑discipline water and wastewater conveyance projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Must complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background checks, drug screen, etc.).
Most positions require professional registration or licensure in the designated home office country, or active pursuit of such registration. Additional registration may be required when practicing or assigned in another country. Exceptions may be approved by division management.
Work Environment / Physical Demands- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days.
- Sitting/standing/computer usage for extended periods.
- Ability to use video/audio conferencing software.
- Travel to client sites.
