Are you an experienced Controls Engineer with a background in building controls, HVAC, or smart building systems, looking for a role focused more on troubleshooting, system support, and making installed systems work in the real world?
On offer is a remote position with a nationally recognised energy services firm where you’ll support smart building control installations across a national portfolio, working closely with field technicians and project teams.
This company is a privately owned, employee-focused energy project management firm, delivering turnkey lighting and energy efficiency solutions nationwide.
In this role, you’ll support, troubleshoot, and help optimise building control systems while collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians. You’ll assist with documentation, light programming adjustments, system integrations, and resolving hardware/software issues to ensure successful installations.
This role would suit someone with a building controls, HVAC automation, or system integration background who enjoys problem-solving, working with technicians, and being a technical resource within a growing, innovative team.
The Role- Support and troubleshoot installed building automation and control systems
- Assist with documentation, point lists, and system design updates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to deliver turnkey solutions
- Experience with commercial building controls, HVAC automation, or system integration
- Ability to troubleshoot systems, support field teams, and work in a fast-paced environment
