• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare major proposals and contracts, along with engineering reports offering geotechnical solutions
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and presentations
• Lead and mentor technical staff while managing project teams effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and project budgets effectively

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally
• Experience in developing new business and managing client relationships
• Creative and innovative thinking skills to resolve complex problems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
