The Senior Product Manager, Multistage and Packaged Systems is responsible for overseeing product lines, which includes but is not limited to researching product line needs, working with engineering to develop new products, understanding competition, overseeing the applications engineering function, and providing technical support.

MOVE FORWARD WITH USWhat you will be doing:
- Oversees the full lifecycle of product lines, from research and pricing analysis to performance, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Develops and maintains annual forecasts while identifying opportunities to strengthen market position, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Leads technical support and applications engineering teams to ensure accurate product specifications, timely quotes, and superior customer service.
- Manages and updates product documentation including specification sheets, instructions, and marketing materials.
- Represents the company and its products at industry trade shows and events.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in design technology or a related field (required).
- Five to seven years of experience with pumps, VFD’s, pumping systems or related field (required).
- Ability to travel about 30%.
