Our client is currently looking for a Lead Civil & Structural Designer, the role is a contracting position that you can be worked Outside of IR35, the client will be offering a negotiable hourly rate with the role having the capability to offer remote working with occasional site and office visitations when in line with project requirements.

Candidates must have the ability to use Aveva E3D for 3D BIM Modelling and 2D drawing extraction and or/ Autodesk Civil 3D as well as AutoCAD for some elements of civil design. Ensuring that the draughting activities are executed within budget and schedule while also maintaining technical integrity.

The client is looking for applicants that have experience of 4D simulation, construction sequencing and clash detection software as this will be beneficial to the project as well as being competent within design and detailing of foundations, below ground infrastructure and reinforced concrete detailing. Candidates must have a HNC or HND or have qualified to City and Guilds level.
