14405 – Permit Coordinator (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client, may require occasional travel to project sites and regulatory offices.

Relocation: Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

• Coordinate and manage permit applications for BESS construction projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain relationships with AHJs to facilitate permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Track, document, and report permit status, ensuring timely submission of all required materials.
• Interpret and apply building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements to support project compliance.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records of permit applications, approvals, and regulatory communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to identify permitting risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Attend regulatory meetings as needed and keep project teams informed of permitting timelines, requirements, and potential issues.

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required).
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in permitting, regulatory compliance, or related field (3–5 years).
• Experience with building codes and permitting processes.

• Experience with construction projects related to renewable energy, electrical utility or major infrastructure.
