A leader in broadband solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a remote position, responsible for on-site installation and support of their cOS virtual CMTS. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a related field and holds an Associate's Degree. They will troubleshoot IP networks, train customers, and must have strong skills in customer communication.

Travel is required, and candidates should have a mechanical aptitude along with knowledge of Linux and network troubleshooting.
