MISSIONS- 1. Plant Integrity Studies:
Conduct Asset Integrity Assessments and Life Extension programs specifically for the petrochemical plant. Integrate maintainability and inspectability requirements into design reviews. Establish baseline inspection dossiers and ensure technical procedures align with project specifications. - 2. Asset Integrity Management:
Establish inspection strategies and schedules in compliance with industry codes and regulations. Approve and track the execution of baseline inspections. Identify and address performance gaps by creating and monitoring improvement action plans. - 3. Technical Leadership & Coordination:
Manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and inspection engineers. Coordinate with process, HSE, reliability, layout, and operations teams. Review vendor documentation for maintainability compliance. Track subcontractor performance monthly regarding quality, HSE, and execution plans. - 4. O&M Documentation & Deliverables:
Lead the preparation of O&M engineering deliverables, including Asset registers and maintenance plans. Ensure all deliverables are compatible with CMMS and digital asset management systems. - 5. QHSE Compliance:
Adhere strictly to company HSE policies and procedures. Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible maintenance solutions.
- Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile.
- Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas.
- Strong engineering performance s by ensuring the petrochemical plant is fully prepared for safe and efficient operations by end of 2027.
- Successful establishment of a long‑term safety and performance roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Advanced certifications in operations management or process safety.
- English: B2 level mandatory.
- Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or relevant Engineering fields.
- 5 to 10 years specifically dedicated to Integrity Management, including QC, Inspection, Class, and Certification.
- Proven track record with at least two projects in asset management.
- Mastery of Key Domains of asset management, specifically RBI, SECE and CMMS.
- Strong familiarity with international standards including ISO 55000, ISO 14224, and API.
- Ability to develop technical solutions within an operational context.
- General knowledge of equipment, methods, and processes used in Petrochemical or Maintenance Engineering environments.
- Expertise in PDH-PP petrochemical plant operational readiness and O&M preparation phases.
- Advanced skills in planning and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong HSE culture and Ethics & Quality orientation.
- Practical knowledge and application of Risk Analysis.
- Ability to manage multi-ethnic and multi-technical teams.
- Strong analytical, proactive, and initiative‑taking mindset.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and strategic stakes.
