• Maintain computer and camera surveillance systems across a specified geographic region.
• Manage computers, data networks, digital video cameras, recorders, power supplies, and fiber optics.
• Install, update, and maintain hardware and software; ensure precise asset accountability and detailed maintenance records.
• Leverage advanced electrical theory to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Operate diagnostic tools to calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to stringent specifications.

• High school diploma or GED;
  Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Solid foundation in computers, data networks, digital video systems and fiber optics; basic electronics principles.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, including transmission, broadcasting, switching, and control.
• Familiarity with circuit boards, processors, chips, and both hardware and software applications.
• Proficiency in the use, repair, and maintenance of various machines and tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government-issued security clearances.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
