Pro AV Solutions Architect

The Pro AV Solutions Architect is responsible for leading technical discovery and assessments, designing solutions aligned with customer goals, and crafting Bills of Materials (BOMs) for comprehensive AV and digital signage projects. This role involves close collaboration with sales and engineering partners to ensure proposals are technically sound, feasible, and aligned with long-term customer objectives. This position allows for remote work, with a preference for candidates in the Chicagoland area.

• Conduct Pro AV technical assessments, including needs validation and system architecture evaluation.
• Create, validate, and oversee the development of detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Lead technical validations of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Engage with customers through demos, technical briefings, and solution walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with AV manufacturers, sales teams, and integrators, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Expertise in Pro AV solutions and digital signage.
• Proficient in building and validating BOMs.
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.

• Hands-on experience in AV architecture or engineering within the Pro AV, Digital Signage, or closely related industries. Candidates from Pro AV manufacturers, AV integrators backgrounds, and those with significant exposure to Pro AV solution environments are highly preferred.

• AVIXA CTS, specifically CTSD preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
• Relevant manufacturer certifications also valued.
