Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Oracle/Essbase/Databricks Data Engineer for an Essbase‑to‑Databricks migration initiative. The initial phase will involve data integration with Essbase, followed by migration to Databricks.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Oracle Essbase & Databricks Data Engineer will start with data integration work in Essbase, followed by migration activities into Databricks. The role involves Essbase data integration and replacing some workloads that use Essbase, moving them to Databricks.
- 8-10+ years of strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Essbase
- Experience with partitioning BSO and ASO cubes
- Experience with data integration tools
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
