Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is based in our main Phoenix office, but offers the flexibility of remote work with minimal travel required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong experience in electrical estimating for substations and/or transmission and distribution projects.

• Assist the chief estimators with quantity take-offs.
• Prepare and manage bid packages.
• Procure subcontractor bids.
• Manage RFIs during the bid period.
• Control costs and manage scheduling.
• Maintain subcontractor relations.
• Manage P&L.
• Ensure high quality and competitive bid analysis.

• 3+ years of estimating experience.
• Strong electrical experience.
• Experience in estimating substations and/or transmission and distribution projects.

• Proficient in Timberline or Sage 300 software.
• Proficient in Bluebeam or OnScreen software.
• Post‑secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, such as management, accounting, or finance.

This position offers a remote work environment, ideally from the Southwest or Texas region, with travel to the office or job sites for site visits up to once a month. The candidate will report to the two Chief Estimators who will provide training in estimating if necessary. The company offers a generous bonus structure and a company vehicle.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
