Overview
Would you be interested in supporting the delivery of T-Levels in Agriculture, Land Management and Production (ALMP)? We are looking for a T Level Principal Examiner to join us in the development and delivery of assessment in Land-based Engineering. The Associate role gives you the opportunity to work alongside your current job, to build additional income with competitive daily rates, and to continue to develop your own skills and development.
The Role profile outlines the expectations of the Principal Examiner role, and the Person Specification outlines the experience required to qualify as a Principal Examiner.
- Assist with the creation of the question paper for the Question Paper 2 examination in the Core Pathway for Land-Based Engineering (SAQ and ERQ formats).
- Attend all-day Assessment Material Evaluation Committee (AMEC) meetings and support ongoing maintenance of the examinations.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of assessment in Land-based Engineering as part of the T Level Core Pathway.
- Complete any short task, telephone interview and/or training as part of the second stage of recruitment, if required.
- Map your application to the Person Specification and demonstrate how you meet the requirements.
This role is specific to the Question Paper 2 examination in the Core Pathway for Land-Based Engineering. The paper consists of short answer questions (SAQ), some of which are structured and extended response questions (ERQ). The examination series are twice a year in summer and autumn. The examiner will help in the creation of the question paper and would be required to attend all-day AMEC meetings as well as support with the ongoing maintenance of the examinations.
