Electrical Project Manager

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with expertise in medium and low voltage (MV/LV) systems? Do you want to lead complex electrical projects across the EMEA region for data centers, utilities, and other critical infrastructure clients?

In this role, you manage medium to large-scale power distribution and automation projects from handover to final delivery. You work mostly remotely, travel up to 25% within EMEA, and take full ownership of planning, stakeholder coordination, and project performance.

You will join a globally operating organization specializing in power management and energy distribution solutions. The company is known for its technical excellence and international reach, and delivers electrical systems for data centers, utilities, renewables, and industrial clients across EMEA. The organization focuses on delivering high-impact, large-scale projects within critical infrastructure environments.

As an Electrical Project Manager, you are fully responsible for managing medium to large electrical projects from post-sales handover through final project closeout.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the design, procurement, installation, and testing of MV/LV systems
• Coordinating engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers
• Planning and controlling projects in terms of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources, using tools such as MS Project
• Acting as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Leading project kick-offs and ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables
• Monitoring financial performance, including cost control and change management
• Driving continuous improvement

You are a structured and customer-oriented Project Manager with experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial environments. You thrive in international settings and take ownership of complex customer projects.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of medium voltage (MV) systems and power distribution
• Experience in data centers, utilities, renewables, or other critical infrastructure is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
• You already live in the Netherlands, no visa sponsorship is available

You will join an international organization delivering technically complex projects across the EMEA region. The role is primarily remote, with up to 25% travel for site visits, FATs, and customer meetings.
