We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for Electrical Products. This position reports to one of the Directors in the EP PMO vertical. The successful candidate will interface with internal and external customers to execute mid-level complexity projects. This position allows remote work with some travel required.

• Senior Project Manager for multiple projects across the United States
• Manage project stakeholders on day-to-day activities
• Attend Factory Witness Tests
• Create baseline project schedules and reset customer expectations upon project kickoff
• Set firm expectations on expected product release dates
• Work with the COMPAS platform to make configuration changes related to project changes or material adds to orders
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues
• Identify opportunities to increase unit margins through change orders, price escalations, and extended warranties
• Track and keep customers updated on pressing project issues
• Track ship shorts and provide financial invoice summaries and reconciliation support to close out projects
• Coordinate deliveries with project sites
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and challenges
• Drive cross-organizational improvements with internal stakeholders
• Apply skills to resolve complex problems to ensure delivery per customer deliverables and contract terms
• Demonstrate high-level critical thinking and develop risk mitigation plans
• Comply with Siemens policies and ensure ownership of projects with minimal sales intervention
• Support warranty-related claims while balancing bottom-line results and customer experience

• BS/BA in engineering, business, or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with Low Voltage Products
• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future

• BS in engineering
• Experience working with distributors and construction
• PMI-PMP or equivalent (IPMA or PM@Siemens B level certification)
• Problem-solving skills demonstrated with stakeholders on Low Voltage Electrical Systems products
• Excellent organizational skills for storing critical documents (emails, contracts, drawings, schedules, meeting minutes, submittals)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Experience with COMPAS GO, COMPAS, SAP, and exposure to Tableau

• Achievement & Results Orientation: identify complex problems, analyze options, and implement practical solutions
• Customer Service Orientation: work effectively with internal and external customers
• Industry Knowledge: understand distribution channels and risk exposure across affiliates, distribution, JVs, EPCs, and contractors
• Discernment: address real issues facing project stakeholders
• Perspective: coordinate across functional areas including manufacturing facilities
• Communication: effectively share knowledge with stakeholders
• Resourcefulness: find ways to make things happen with limited authority and resources
• Accountability: own project results throughout the lifecycle

Salary: The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794. Actual wage may vary based on budget, experience, qualifications, and location.
