• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 or more years of professional experience

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security clearance

In this position, the Sr. Electrical Engineer will lead the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects activities and provide EMI design support across multiple programs. They will be performing scientific research, evaluating test plans and procedures, processing test data, and performing analyses concerning Electromagnetic Environmental Effects.

• Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to mitigate interference signals and define EMI/EMC requirements to meet product performance standards
• Establishing metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize and or automate EMI engineering efforts
• Lead EMI/EMC design and compliance regarding grounding, shielding, transmission lines, filter design, and other EMI related aspects
• Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring and leading teammates, sharing knowledge, and facilitating their technical growth
• Draft, review, and modify EMI documentation (Including EMI test plans, test reports, control plans, verification procedures, and integration/analysis reports)
• Perform RF Co‑site analyses and documentation
• Support and troubleshoot testing in the EMI lab

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to support multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• EMI test and analysis experience
• Experience with lab hardware such as a spectrum analyzer, signal generator, LNA, PA, attenuator, coupler
• Interest in EMI design in the areas of grounding, filtering and shielding as it relates to the control of EMI
• Strong working knowledge of MIL‑STD‑461F/G, MIL‑STD‑464C/D

Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Employee will telework < 50%.

Shift: First.

Work schedule:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Secret clearance.
